About this clinic

studioO2 HBOT Wellness Center, located in Germantown, specializes in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), a treatment in which patients breathe pure oxygen within a pressurized chamber. HBOT is used to support healing in conditions involving impaired tissue oxygen delivery, including diabetic wounds, non-healing ulcers, and select sports injuries. The therapy works by increasing oxygen saturation in the bloodstream and tissues, potentially promoting angiogenesis and reducing inflammation. Treatment protocols typically involve multiple sessions conducted over weeks to months, with individual session duration and frequency determined during an initial consultation. The clinic focuses exclusively on oxygen-based therapies, positioning itself as a dedicated center for patients seeking this specific regenerative approach alongside conventional care.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! After searching the area for a reliable Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) provider, I stumbled upon this gem on Google. At first, I was a bit skeptical since there weren’t many reviews, but after calling and speaking with Judy, the owner, I immediately felt at ease. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, which gave me the confidence to give it a shot—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, Judy and her staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Their hospitality is unmatched, and their genuine care for each client is truly refreshing. I have a bit of a phobia, but their patience and reassurance made the entire experience far more relaxing than I ever expected. What sets this place apart is Judy’s passion and belief in the healing power of HBOT. You can tell she truly cares about helping people, and that level of dedication is rare to find. I left feeling grateful, rejuvenated, and excited to come back for more sessions. If you’re considering HBOT, don’t hesitate—this is the place to go! Highly, highly recommend!

I recently tried HBOT at the recommendation of my orthopedic doctor (so far I’ve had 10 sessions). I am a runner who has dealt with tendinosis and chronic hamstring issues for several years. I have noticed a difference in better recovery, and the experience seemed to accelerate the healing of a flare up that I was experiencing before I started. My body is moving better in general, and I am excited to see the long-term benefits of this therapy. I also wanted to note that my experience has been excellent. Dr. Ron was personable and answered all of my questions. Judy is so kind, and makes it an enjoyable experience. They make sure you are cared for very well and are educated about the therapy. I would highly recommend this place!

So far I have had 9 HBOT treatments to help alleviate some back and joint pain. I am definitely experiencing some relief and plan to continue treatment. An extra bonus from the treatment, I had a small patch of rosacea on my scalp and noticed that has completely went away. I have very dry skin and noticed it is feeling more hydrated. I have known Dr. Ron Schmidt since 1987. He is committed to helping people improve their health. Judy Dean who works with Dr. Schmidt makes you feel very comfortable and ensures any any questions or concerns you may have are answered.
