Dr. Justin Mazur
About
Dr. Justin Mazur is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with more than 20 years of clinical experience in Brooklyn and New York City. He received his medical degree from Temple University's Lewis Katz School of Medicine and completed his emergency medicine residency at Drexel University College of Medicine / Hahnemann University Hospital. He has held hospital affiliations with Maimonides Medical Center and Lenox Hill Hospital at Northwell Health, and currently practises as a physician at Sollis Health, a concierge urgent care service.
After two decades in acute care, Dr. Mazur expanded into functional and longevity medicine, earning certification as a Functional Medicine Practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine. He is the founder and CEO of The Longevity Formula, a practice that integrates evidence-based functional medicine with conventional medical expertise. His clinical approach centres on identifying root causes of inflammation, supporting detoxification pathways, and designing personalised protocols for cellular regeneration and long-term disease prevention. He has a particular interest in the emerging role of the gut microbiome in overall health.
Dr. Mazur has contributed as a medical expert for Well+Good and holds additional credentials in Good Clinical Practice (Novartis) and Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance (Johns Hopkins University).
