Lucinda is a writer and researcher with a deep personal interest in health optimization, shaped by more than 12 years of managing chronic health challenges while balancing a demanding but rewarding professional career.

She believes that the body has an innate ability to heal and has a deep interest in the emerging fields of metabolic and nutritional psychiatry. As a proponent of foundational health over quick fixes, she is currently training as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, specializing in energy, mood, and hormonal balance.
