I recently attended the Aging With Strength & Vitality seminar by Eden Health, and it was very informative and empowering. EB, the provider, shared practical information about healthy aging, including the importance of stress management, better sleep hygiene, and strength training as we age. She also discussed targeted supplements, the value of regular lab work, and how understanding trends in our labs can help distinguish between what is “normal” and what may be optimal for each individual. I left feeling more confident and better prepared to have deeper conversations with my physician about my health. I highly recommend this seminar, or visiting Eden Health, if you’re interested in learning how to take greater control of your health.

Dr. EB got my gut health right!! I spent a year working on getting a diagnosis for my gut health symptoms, which all amounted to bacteria imbalance. I was recommended other gut supplements throughout the process, with not so much luck. After following her stool test recommendation and then her gut protocol for 3 months, which were based on what my test showed I was lacking, I can finally enjoy the foods I want with no stomach consequences and my overall bloating and inflammation reduced even more! She was very flexible with my appointment schedules and has a lot of the recommended supplements in house, so no need to wait for shipping. I recommend her for your gut health needs!
