I am somewhat new to the clinic after recently moving to Pell City from Arkansas to be with My Daughter and granddaughter. I was referred to Sanatio from a neighbor I had met when I first arrived. I was looking for a new primary care to take over an arms length list of continuing and what seems to be never ending health issues. I am so very happy that I had asked my neighbor about a physicians office that might be able to help!!! Omgoodness, I cannot express enough the instant and amazing care I received and am receiving since I walked in their doors! I was with My last physician for over 5 years and he did absolute zero in terms of care compared to the care I have received from Miss Niki and her team!! Not only is she so very thorough on every aspect of care, she takes an immediate personal attention to each of her patients! She is so incredibly wonderful that I could write a novel on this page with nothing but praise and appreciation for her and her team! They work so diligently to make sure to connect with each and every patient with any concerns they may have the moment they are able to. Miss Niki has so very much improved my overall health care better than any physician I have contacted over my 52 years on this earth! I just can’t say enough about how happy and grateful I am to have found Miss Niki, her team, and her Godsend of a clinic! Just thank you so much for being here for all who may need you, Miss Niki! You are a true blue blessing!! 🙏🏻♥️

Niki is seriously the best! She truly cares about her patients and always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of. Sofia and Kay at the front are so friendly and kind, they greet you with a smile and make you feel welcomed the second you walk in. Sam is the absolute best at PA’s, she stays on top of everything! Heather is an awesome manager who keeps the whole team running smoothly. Such a wonderful group of people. I’m so grateful for them!

I had such a wonderful experience with Ms.Keiarie and Niki at Sanatio Health! From the moment I walked in, Keiarie was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who combines genuine compassion with such strong knowledge and skill. Her positive energy and attention to detail really stood out. I never felt rushed, and she went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. You can tell she truly cares about her job and takes pride in providing excellent care.
