White Lily Wellness

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with White Lily Wellness! Jason and Jaime are so friendly and thorough, they answered every question I had as well has they just have a wonderful energy around them. I experience hyperbaric chamber therapy for the first time, and as someone with mild claustrophobia I can say my experience was wonderful and relaxing. Jason did an amazing job preparing me for the experience and what I should expect during the pressurization process. The chamber itself was clean and felt quite spacious and they provided pillows and blankets so I was very comfortable the whole time. They have options to listen to music or podcasts and also different light settings to customize your experience. I spent one session just mindful and meditative, my next one I journaled. They played binaural beats for me both times. It was such a nice experience to have an hour of screen free and stimulus free time (though Jason did tell me they can stick your phone in one of the windows for you to watch a show if you need the distraction, which I thought was a great option.) After each session I felt so nice, I feel the best way to describe the feeling is “clean energy”, like I had actually gotten a full nights rest. And that feeling stayed with me all day and slept very well each night. Highly recommend White Lily and working with Jason and Jaime, they are very personable and passionate about wellness, I feel very comfortable with them and will definitely be back!

I had a great experience at White Lily Wellness! The hyperbaric chamber is great and a relaxing, rejuvenating, experience. I noticed I slept better afterwards as well. I would recommend. Jaime and her husband Jason are great to work with, they were very welcoming and very knowledgeable! They were very patient and willing to answer all of my questions. I also got lip filler injections with Jaime, who did a great job on that as well. She walked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable. I LOVE my results. If you’re on the fence about White Lily Wellness, I say go for it!!

I had a hyperbaric chamber session today and was very impressed. Jason and Jaime were both extremely professional and knowledgeable, which is so important when attending medical treatment like HBOT. They took the time to explain everything beforehand, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. The center itself is very clean and beautifully maintained. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in hyperbaric therapy.
