Dr. Tade is first class! As a patient of hers for nearly 4 years, I can honestly say her guidance and care have dramatically improved my health. Dr Tade is truly a unicorn! I truly felt seen and heard talking with her. I never felt judged or rushed or dismissed. She truly hears you, sees you and wants to help you. I left there feeling extremely hopeful and confident that I am going to get back to feeling like myself again. I am incredibly lucky she was recommended to me and I will be recommending her to everyone I know here in Arizona! Really excited and blessed to work with her!

I typically see Dr. Tade who is absolutely amazing. She was booked up on a day i needed a sick visit, so out of desperation, I decided to book with Daniel. He was also absolutely amazing! He got me in and out of there knowing I wasn't feeling well and at the same time was thorough and empathetic. It's good to know that if I can't see Dr. Tade, there's another provider I can trust who cares and will cover all the bases. Thank you Daniel!!!
