Dr. Kensive Nguyen was exceptional throughout the entire process. He explained every step of the procedure in clear detail and provided thorough aftercare instructions. He also shared helpful information about additional treatments like red light therapy and PDRN that could enhance my results. During the session, he consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and talked me through exactly what he was doing which I really appreciated. The treatment itself was very manageable, and I felt completely supported the whole time. I’m already noticing improvements in my skin and feel confident the results will continue to get better as I heal. I want to thank Dr. Kensive and his team. After the last round of cortisone shots in the disks of my neck failed to provide much relief, a friend recommended him. 2 months post my injections and receiving treatment on my neck and the soft tissue throughout my shoulders is significantly improved. My neck mobility, and comfort sleeping and when I wake up at drastically improved. It's really, really made a big difference where I had seemed to reach a dead road and right my only remaining option was surgery. He and his team were excellent at guiding me and answering many of my various questions. Recently just got my 2nd road off injections and I have such high hopes as I continue to gradually improve and face less and less pain and discomfort and sleeping wrong doesn't result in feeling like being in a severe car accident.

I was a little nervous trying something new, but after dealing with lingering joint pain and skin concerns, I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Kensive for A2M and PRP therapy, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Kensive made the whole experience so easy and reassuring. They really took the time to explain how both treatments work and what to expect, which helped calm my nerves. I ended up doing PRP for my skin and A2M for my knee pain, and the results have honestly been incredible. My skin looks healthier and more even-toned than it has in years and there’s this natural glow that wasn’t there before. And my knee. It’s the first time in a long while I’ve gone a full week without that nagging ache. I can move more freely, and it feels like I actually have a shot at avoiding more invasive treatments. Dr. Kensive is seriously one of the best, gentle, knowledgeable, and really cares about their patients. If you’re even considering A2M or PRP, don’t hesitate. I wish I had done this sooner.
