Fantastic all around!! Last week I came into town to celebrate Thanksgiving with my AZ family and realized I was in crisis. I have Crohn’s disease and was suddenly in a full blown flare (this is a very bad state of gastrointestinal inflammation characterized by massive abdominal pain) My rescue meds that I bring wherever I go we’re doing nothing to help me and I was ready to check int an ER. I remembered once in my home state I had used an IV clinic to rehydrate and decided this was my last ditch effort before I gave up the ghost and spent the rest of the vacation at the hospital…. I reached out to this location and explained my situation and spoke with Alfredo, it was about an hour from his closing time, but he still took the time to listen to my struggle and decide that he would do what he could to help! He made me a rush appt, got me in and hooked up. From here we discussed my situation and what he thought would work best for me and got to pumpin! I never felt rushed, pressured, sold or was simply treated like just another customer. Alfredo listened, offered advice, talked to me like I was his friend or neighbor, calmed me down and I honestly had a few happy tears by the end of it all. His compassion, understanding, and extensive knowledge base coupled with his skill in this trade put me back online. I felt the color come back to my face, my abdomen felt calmer and more relaxed, the pain was very much muted by proper hydration and blasts of vitamins and minerals. Happy to say Thanksgiving was a success and all went to plan thanks to this wonderful human and his skillset! Oh and he even gave me the promo discount I had no idea about! He could have charged me as much as he wanted but he still chose honesty and hooked me up a good deal! Thank you again Alfredo! Keep doing what you do!
