Revitalize Wellness Center is the perfect sanctuary in Peoria when it comes to holistic healing. The owner Margie is so knowledgeable and wonderfully helpful in educating her clients about the benefits of red light therapy & cold plunge. I’ve noticed a significant change in my physical & mental health since coming in twice a week to do red light therapy in the dry sauna followed by cold plunge therapy. Revitalize Wellness Center has two changing rooms for clients as well as a full shower which is wonderful after having a dry sauna session. Parking is a breeze with plenty of spots available for clients & anyone looking to take a tour of this location. I will continue to visit Revitalize Wellness Center & love how much these therapies have affected my health for the better! If you’ve been on the fence about trying cold plunge or red light therapy I highly suggest you come see Margie so you can change your life!

Revitalize Wellness Center is Amazing! The cold plunge, sauna, and red light therapy are all state of the art and will leave you feeling fantastic. Margie and her staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and they do a phenomenal job and maintaining a relaxing, clean, and healthy healing environment. Revitalize Wellness Center has world class customer service. Highly recommend this to anyone!! 10 out of 10

I've been using this place for the last month or so and have been very happy with it. The red light therapy sauna and the cold plunge at this place are a great way to help your body recover and relieve stress. The owner, Margie, is very knowledgeable and an excellent coach for anyone wanting to try a cold plunge for the first time. The place is kept very clean and scheduling use of the facilities is easy. In my experience the pricing is also very fair for these types of services. Just head directly into Gracie Jii-Jitsu and go straight up the stairs to find this place.
