I had an excellent experience at Innate Healthcare Institute. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and professional—from the front desk to the phlebotomists, Angela and Jack, and especially Yasmin Jimenez, the medical aesthetician, who is very caring and simply amazing. I received hair restoration treatments as well as a series of facial microneedling treatments with PRP, all of which yielded excellent results. Yasmin and Dr. Whitney were especially patient and conscientious, going above and beyond to ensure my treatments achieved optimal results. The office is very clean, and sanitation standards are clearly a top priority. I highly recommend this practice and will definitely be returning!

Dr. Ashley has been an absolute gift to our family. She oversees Tucker’s stem cell therapy and is incredibly thorough when it comes to reviewing his results, explaining what they mean, and thoughtfully recommending next steps in his treatment plan. I never feel rushed or brushed off. She takes the time to truly look at the whole picture and treats Tucker like an individual, not a protocol. She is also exceptionally responsive when questions come up, which as a parent means everything. On top of her clinical expertise, she is genuinely kind, compassionate, and supportive, which makes navigating complex care feel so much less overwhelming. We have had a wonderful experience with Innate, and I cannot recommend Dr. Ashley highly enough. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Dr. Miriam and her team was god sent to our family. We had the stem cells treatments for my son and are still in contact with the clinic to tend to his GI needs. Dr. Miriam and her team are so kind and understanding. They truly care and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. I truly appreciate all her help and hope to continue making her a part of our journey. I want to share our family’s experience with Innate Medical Clinic. Our son has autism, and after receiving stem cell therapy through Innate Medical, we saw meaningful improvements that made a real difference in his day-to-day life. We also sought care because he had a degenerative eye condition, and following treatment we observed clear improvement in his eyes.
