Been seeing Marc Monet for about 3 years now. I was recommended to him by my old provider, who retired. Throughout my time with Marc Monet, I have experienced nothing but exceptional service. Highly recommend.

Highly Recommended. Office staff is friendly and our therapist Shannon is awesome!!! So happy we found this place, every visit is very helpful, and definitely worthwhile. We actually look forward to coming here!

I'd like to keep my opinion out of this and state the facts. I came to Sarah Wicklund 6 years ago and we have built and maintained a relationship. After that much time together I would hope the provider would care about me as not only a paying customer but as a person. Unfortunately that was not the case. Wicklund did zero assessment of me and I came in her office with certain diagnosis. She easily prescribed me adderall right off the bat. A scheduled 2 controlled substance without properly diagnosing me. I was diagnosed by a different doctor and already had the prescription. I've had issues with sleep the entire 6 years. I had an incident 2 weeks ago where I went 3-4 days without sleep and called her office seeking assistance. I had just seen her 3 weeks prior regarding this same issue where she wrote in her notes I was "suicidal and wanted to drive off a cliff" she did nothing about this nor helped me create a plan. Needless to say I was petitioned by a cop into the worst place of my life. I came in with only marijuana in my system, no other drugs or alcohol and not even nicotine. Since I've gotten out of the hell hole I was placed in, I've had severed anxiety, shaking and keeping me up at night. I called her to explain the situation and once again get omehting for sleep and now anxiety. She refused to prescribe anything for anxiety becuase she said it was a scheduled 2 controlled substance. Just remember that adderall is also a scheduled 2 controlled substance in which she had zero problem prescribing. This whole scenario screams malpractice and she had zero compassion for me, told me she's not a sleep specialist and I should have seen one instead of her. Yet over the 6 years of seeing her she never once mentioned to me or even gave me a recommendation. I'm creating a Youtube channel based off of this case and other cases similar. I'm happy to drop the link once it's up so I can provide evidence of the entirety of this situation. PLEASE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE OR A LOVED ONE STAY VERY FAR AWAY.

They do not care about their patients at all. I missed a therapy appointment because I woke up with the flu and did not give notice 24 hours in advance. Due to that fact I was not able know I would have the flu a full day before my appointment, I was not allowed to schedule another until pay a $75 “no show”fee that I cannot afford (I am on Medicaid). I had tried to explain multiple times that I woke up with the flu and was fine the night before, the receptionist was not willing to listen whatsoever. On top of this I had a psych appointment scheduled later that week which I was told would not be affected by the fee. After that psych appointment I asked if I was able to schedule another the following month without it being affected by that same unpaid fee for the missed therapy appointment. The receptionist said “no” and continued to schedule my next appointment. When I showed up for that appointment I was denied care due to the unpaid fee I explicitly asked would be affected when scheduling that appointment. When I explained this to the health care worker denying me care, she simply replied that I was given the wrong information and there was nothing she could do. I explained that I was not prepared to pay $75 that morning and could not afford to drop it right there, yet I need the refills on my prescriptions. She refused my care unless I paid the fee. All while my psychiatrist is standing right behind me, watching the entire conversation. He did not even attempt to advocate in my favor due to the clear mistake on their part. This is absolutely unacceptable. Especially when working in the field of mental health. Your patients lives depend on your care and it is clear Mindfully Integrated Health only cares about what’s in their patient’s wallet. I have also had several incidents where my prescriptions were not sent to my pharmacy in time, and had to go days without my medication. I am on multiple antidepressants/anti anxiety medications and I am also a recovering addict. For my own safety, and to function in daily life, my mental health needs to be cared for by competent providers. It is clear that they are not. I am extremely disappointed, and sickened by your approach to treating patient’s in the same circumstance as mine. Each and every employee of this facility should be ashamed. Unbelievable, absolutely unbelievable.

My experience with this place has been mixed, and I want to share it to help others set their expectations appropriately. As long as you adhere strictly to your scheduled appointments, things seem to run quite smoothly. The staff is generally punctual and the service meets expectations. However, I've encountered a notable shift in attitude following a few missed appointments (over the course of 4 years). It appears there's a less forgiving aspect to their policy regarding missed appointments that wasn't clear to me initially. My recent interaction with the staff was a bit disheartening as it seemed a grudge was held due to these incidents.
