I made an appointment in January with Dr. Christopher Bero to have him review my MRI and let me know what was causing the severe pain. Dr. Bero took the time to go over on the MRI report and explained everything in detail and in a manner that I understood. He took it a step further to show me what was happening on a knee model. I never felt like I was rushed. He offered some options to help me before I go on my Europe trip. I also got fitted for custom made braces for my knees to help with the extensive amount of walking I will be doing in a couple of months. He also ordered an X-ray to get a better view of the bone surrounding my knee cap which will show if I will need a partial knee replacement. Overall he was very pleasant, patient, and thorough. You can tell he really cares about his patients. I definitely recommend him for any knee issues. Later in February I went again to get my new knee braces and PRP shot. We talked about next steps. Dr. Chris Bero is very thorough in his explanations. His assistant Michelle was excellent with her customer service skills. She was very patient and helpful in explaining and showing me how to put on the braces. Again another pleasant appointment. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Chris Bero to family and friends for knee issues.
