I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Lisa Palmer and Peak and Valley Chiropractic. I reached out on a Saturday midday in acute pain… I wasn’t even a patient yet, but Dr. Palmer took my call, listened carefully, and immediately determined it was best that I come in. She went above and beyond, spending extended time assessing my situation and finding the best way to relieve my pain. I was blown away by her compassion, expertise, and genuine ability to connect. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about helping their patients the way she does. I walked away not only feeling better physically but deeply grateful for her care. I would highly recommend Dr. Palmer and Peak and Valley Chiropractic to anyone looking for outstanding, personalized chiropractic care.

Lisa is the best! I have been seeing her to treat some chronic back and neck pain I deal with from working extensive hours at a desk and I always leave feeling refreshed. She gives me tips to help manage the pain and stretch for in between sessions that are easy to do, while educating me on what causes the pain and how to relieve it. She’s always informative and never pushy. I always feel safe when she does the corrections! I was terrified of getting my neck cracked and I’m so glad I let her do it because it’s relieved so much pain and headaches I used to get. 10/10 recommend Lisa. She’s the 🐐!!

I have gotten some kind of chiropractic care off and on throughout the last 20 years or so. All I can say is: wow! Dr. Lisa has got to be the best chiropractor I have ever seen for treatment. She is genuinely the first practitioner I’ve encountered who’s goal is to actually treat your injury or chronic problem so that you don’t have to keep coming back (but you’ll want to because she is such a delight and I always had such a positive experience with my sessions!). I was dealing with an injury that was giving me pain and discomfort for the better part of a year, and with her help I am in a much better place! Dr. Lisa uses a variety of techniques that most chiropractors don’t consider using. Dry needling, while it sounds freaky, has been super beneficial in the treatment of my injury. I was going through an anti-needle phase and Dr. Lisa was very comforting and patient with me when trying the treatment for the first time. She also uses cupping, manual manipulation, and a variety of physical therapy-type stretches and exercises as part of your treatment program. I highly recommend getting chiropractic care from Dr. Lisa - progress may take a while but she helped me recover from what I thought was going to be a forever-injury. I am so grateful for her!
