The team at Concierge IV was truly kind. I came in while I was feeling unwell and they took such great care of me. Shout out to our nurse Catherine who took her time finding a good vein and making sure I felt okay.

SARAH!!!! I come on Fridays for SARAH! Firstly, she is so kind and actually cares for her patients. She makes sure to listen and examine you thoroughly. She wants and does take very good care of you. She gives you what you need and makes sure she is your top priority. Secondly, she has the softest hand, you don’t even feel her injections. I’ve been to so many places for a blood draw, not only were they unable to get me on the first try, but not even second. Sara was able to get my on the first draw TWICE. She is exceptional. My fear of blood draws are now gone. I will only come to her. She is wonderful. Trust me and go see Sarah!!

Edit: take note of the number of reviews the other “reviewers” have made. 1-5 total reviews made per profile. If someone posting here has only ONE REVIEW and ONLY for this business—you know it’s fake. Fake reviews are not real reviews. This place is unsanitary and unprofessional. It’s a minuscule store front with two tiny closets that serve as the medical rooms. The closet we were sent to had two dirty, uncomfortable chairs. There are no doors so you can hear the owner yelling at the single front door staff member while we were getting set up. This is not a posh, relaxing spot. The naturopathic doctor seemed uncertain, unsteady, and unpracticed. And didn’t wear gloves for part of the procedure. When we went to a legit IV spot last month, the nurse went through a whole set of questions and took the process seriously—as one should! In between getting the IVs set up and injecting the supplements, the NP went into the other closet to give two different women b12 shots. I did not see a sink for him to wash his hands in, in between clients—and he walked out of the other closet so quickly, I know he did not wash. The place is so small that I could then see the guy prep our supplements on the outside counter with no gloves on and then administer them, again without gloves. While the IVs were going, the owner proceeded to yell at the NP about him not working on Friday. The owner complained loudly about there being no sign saying they’d be closed Friday. The NP explained it was an emergency but the owner was furious. He then yelled about making an appointment for his friend at 2pm even when the NP explained there was already a 2pm. This went on the whole time. The owner was crazy loud and mean. My husband went pale and felt so nauseated in that moment but he had so little confidence in the NP there that he didn’t want the attention. Plus the NP was in the middle of getting yelled at by the owner, anyways—instead of monitoring us. I would not go back there even if it were free. I don’t want to support the terrible owner of this business and I don’t trust the cleanliness of the space either. I don’t know why we didn’t just turn around and walk out as soon as we saw the closet with the cruddy chairs. Ps: it was “discounted” to $125 each because there was a Groupon involved. Normally $175-$290
