I just recently did the blood work with Trisha and it’s not your usual place where you go in and out. Trisha builds deep connection with each client where you feel safe, comfortable and heard what you need exactly from the visit. But also they do different kind of recoveries such as body fat check, cold plunge, red light therapy and more. It’s just one stop where has all in one not only gym but recovery as well for all of the budgets. They take a good care of your health no matter of what your goals are and if you’re an athlete or not. I can say with 100% I trust them and put my health in their hands!

Staff is very personable and friendly, hormone therapy has done wonders for my overall health and wellbeing, stress levels are low, brain fog is non existent, recovery has drastically improved and body composition has never been better. I recommend this to anyone looking for more ways to bring themselves to their peak performance.
