What an absolutely stellar experience at Essential Medicine! I felt an immediate sense of calm when walking through the front door. We were greeted by one of the practitioners, Jools. She was so welcoming and set us up for our sauna session. She explained how to adjust the settings if needed and left us to one of the most relaxing hours of my life. The greenery, natural light, superior craftsmanship and exquisite ceramic drink-ware made for an absolute blissful sauna session. The post sauna shower is conveniently located in the sauna room so you don’t have to go far and ample towels were provided. The facility is EXCEPTIONALLY clean. Scheduling was also a breeze and I know they offer many many services to help you feel your best. I have met Dr. Chris before and he is attentive and thorough.

I came here for the HBOT treatment for my recovery and came out with more than I can imagine. Dr. Heather is absolutely amazing, kind, and listens to what you need. The treatment has improved my healing immensely. Heather also recommended some great supplements for me to try out. I've been struggling finding some good brands and I can't wait to start trying the ones she recommended out. I would definitely come check this place out and start your inner healing journey!

I’ve been working with Dr Chris and his team for over 4 Years and they have worked wonders on my overall health. Recently, I began working with Dr Heather Low for my acupuncture treatments. Dr Heather does excellent work and what I appreciate the most is that she listens to my health concerns and then specifically gears the treatment towards the issue. The continual fine tuning of the treatment process is fantastic. I always feel better after working with Dr Heather and after utilizing the Sauna, HBOT, or after Acupuncture.
