Terrible service. They charged me 3x what I was told it would cost over the phone. Following this They have missed our last three appointments to go over my results without contacting me whatsoever. When I called their office, they say they will talk to someone and then I am not contacted for another week. If you actually care about your health and you are doing this for a purpose, find a facility that actually cares about you for your health not just your checkbook. 0/10 service, un-real.

I went in for testosterone evaluation. I was swindled into purchasing ED medicine back before the medication became generic. They drew my blood and never got a result back for testosterone. This was in 2018. Doctor or PA was thorough, but I wanted to be evaluated for testosterone. Walter is all sales and gimmicks. Never got a call back on the test and spent hundreds for some lozenges. Waste of time and waste of money. Honestly, seek online telemedicine for testosterone. Can’t believe this place is still around. This place is mainly for very high income individuals. They also didn’t like I tried to use my insurance for reimbursement and doing the paperwork in their end.

I’ve been coming to Prime Male Medical for about six or seven years now, and even though the name might sound like it’s just for men, they actually offer amazing treatments for women too, especially after menopause. At one point, my libido was pretty much gone. I felt like something inside me had just turned off. But after getting the PRP shot, a rejuvenating treatment, I started feeling alive again. Like myself. It made a huge difference, physically and emotionally. The entire staff is kind, professional, and incredibly supportive. Mark, my physician assistant, is absolutely amazing. He always makes me feel at ease and really takes the time to listen and personalize every visit. On my most recent appointment, I was introduced to functional medicine, and I just started taking glutathione, a powerful antioxidant supplement that supports energy, recovery, and intimacy. I’m also starting acoustic wave therapy for women and I’m excited to see the results.This clinic has made such a difference in my life, and I’m so grateful for them.
