I became Dr Olga’s patient last Saturday 9/7. My original appointment was scheduled for 3pm but I was asked to move it to 8:30am due to her continuing education. I rearranged my work interred schedule for that day , in order to make 8:30am because it was very important to me. But I asked her assistant multiple times Katya that I need to star my appointment on time in order not to be late for work. The doctor was over 20 minutes . That put a lot of pressure and stress on me and it made hard for me to concentrate and focus on my appointment . All I was think how to make sure not to be late for work. No one check my blood pressure, weight, temperature that is part of normal routine. The doctor didn’t not asked my a single question, but went straight looking at my blood work as paper work that I previously filled out prior to my appointment. She also said that I have a hepatitis that put according to blood work that I brought to her. After the consultation I was recommended to do a few test that I agreed to do it, One of them was blood work for hepatitis that confirmed that I do not have it and I never had it thanks 🙏 g-d. not to say that same day after seeing Dr Olga I call my OBGYN as an emergency saying about this horrible disease, and the doctor reassured me that it was not a sign according to my blood work and she was supposed that Dr Olga diagnose me without any evidence. After that I had a few questions regarding the test that were recommended that were very extensive and I want to gather more information about them and Katya the assistant called me back and reassured me that she will ask the doctor and will get back to me with all the answers, which she did in a few hours. During that conversation we both agreed to talk the next day “Tuesday “ and I followed with a few phone calls as well as text messages and no one got back to me. Wednesday I called again and after not hearing back for hours I send a text and that evening Katya finally called me back with the apologies saying she is a student and in school now and this is a part time job that help her to get through the school. Ad we started talking she got another call that she had to take and said she will call me right back which she never did. I try again to call and text all day on Thursday as well as Friday by calling and texting again and again and no one ever answered my calls or texted me back. . Also in a few minutes conversation with Katyashe had mentioned that Dr Olga’s has a different job and and seeing patients on Saturday in person is not her main practice. It’s like a boutique practice when she only comes in when she has patients that pay her cash. It’s like an extra income for her. If someone is looking to receive proper medical care from a doctor who has a holistic approach and the doctor who cares about their patient this is not the doctor to trust with your health. They also do not take insurance so you have to pay from your packet, something I do not mind. As long as I would get proper care but sadly I had completely different experience. If anyone who is looking to get better and looking for a doctor who has holistic approach do yourself a favor and keep looking and stay away from this doctor who doesn’t care about her patients what so ever in my experience , and who is extremely unprofessional.
