She took the time to understand my concerns and recommended treatments that truly suited my condition, which made me feel confident and well cared for. Katherine was warm, attentive, and very thoughtful — she helped keep detailed records of my treatments and always checked in on me, which I really appreciated. Yoyo is an outstanding injection nurse with excellent technique. My Botox and back laser peel were performed with great precision and care, and the experience was very comfortable. I truly appreciate the professionalism, skill, and genuine care shown by everyone at the clinic. Highly recommended.

I purchased a microneedling RF package during their promotion and had my first session last month. The new machine is much more comfortable compared to the older version — the pain level was very manageable and not intense at all. I noticed an immediate tightening and lifting effect right after the treatment. About two weeks later, I could clearly see that my pores looked smaller and my skin texture improved. Overall, I’m very happy with the result and looking forward to my next session! BTW Vivian is very sweet and professional!
