Perhaps this is a good service for people who want to lose weight but it's definitely a waste of time and money for mental health or insomnia. I tried to be open-minded for several months but it become apparent after a period of time that Ifeoma isn't thorough nor does she pay attention to what you tell her. At one point, I needed a reasonable accommodation for work for my insomnia so I gave her my notes. Instead of changing the tense to talk about her experience and judgment as a provider, she simply filled out the form verbatim with what I wrote. Obviously my employer rejected the accommodation because they probably thought I fabricated it. I was flabbergasted--how do you not at least change the verb tense from 1st person to 3rd person?! Additionally, I am a grown man but she recommended I read a book by a female dominatrix that's written specifically for women struggling with the patriarchy, to help me deal with my social anxiety. Again, maybe this service works better for women but I don't recommend it for grown men with mental health or insomnia issues.

I started my health and weight loss journey last year after having my first child and have been on this journey ever since. Working with Ifeoma has made my journey not only successful but enjoyable as well. The level of care that this team provided was outstanding. She listens to you and provides insightful feedback to try to better understand health changes and reactions to any lifestyle change made. This program was affordable and offered a variety of different options that helped me pick something that works best for my life and budget. Had a baby a year ago and still was holding onto baby weight despite my best efforts to hit the gym and workout. I came across this weight loss clinic online and liked the natural, holistic approach as well as the fact that they offer virtual telehealth appointments for busy people like myself. I'm working with Ifeoma the nurse practitioner and I feel she really listens to my concerns and has me on a weight loss plan that fits my needs and that works for me. She did detail lab work on me and found that my Vitamin B12 levels were low so I am taking a B12 injections along with another weight loss medication and am finally losing that baby weight! I would recommend this weight loss clinic and working with Ifeoma if you are looking to have someone in your corner work with you to reach your goals!
