Dr. Fry is in one word "amazing". My lab results are incredible and my wellness plan is working even better and faster than my expectations. I feel better than I have in many years and I am confident I will have continued improvement.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet Dr. Fry! Her dedication to helping people get healthy is obvious and the service that she offers is invaluable. She is very patient, compassionate, detail-oriented and very easy to talk to. She is willing to work with patients to come up with the best plan to achieve their health goals. Her administrative assistant, Val, is equally as warm and friendly and always willing to help. I recommend Overall Wellness to anyone who wants to get very personalized healthcare and has a goal of achieving optimum health.
