I came to Dr. Veronica Jow for a shockwave therapy consultation for bilateral shoulder pain and knee pain. Prior to the treatment, I had pain putting on my socks and shirt. Two months later, I was able to ice hike in Patagonia! The pain is 80% better and I’m thrilled. I had tried steroid and toradol injections but it was ultimately the shockwave therapy and EMTT that worked. Thank you Dr. Jow!

Avid is awesome! I’ve had the pleasure of visiting their space for both fitness classes and a wellness rave. I appreciate how Dr. Jow and the team take a holistic approach to health. The Circuit Burner fitness class is the perfect combo of strength and mobility, highly recommend! I thought I might not be able to run again and the inability to exercise was very unhealthy. But the PRP injection, strengthening exercises, and ultrasound imaging from Avid (and an MRI from insurance covered clinic) allowed me to recover from a tricky injury. Excellent staff and clinic!
