Dr. Tracy has been an absolute life saver for my husband and I! I have been seeing her for almost 2 years now and she has treated me for both hormone replacement and weight loss. My life has completely changed. I am down almost 60 pounds , and have so much more energy! She truly does it all and is there for me every step of the way. Her practice provides all of the tools to learn healthy habits for a sustainable and enjoyable life along side weight loss, hormone adjustments and overall health. I cannot thank Dr. Tracy enough for all the help and support she has given me during my journey through perimenopause. After reaching a dead end with both my OBGYN and primary care physician, Dr. Tracy was the first to really listen to my concerns and address my hormone issues in a way that made sense. In my mid-forties, my other doctors just kept prescribing the "traditional" treatments. Not only did these methods fail to work, but they also worsened my symptoms. These gals are awesome!! I have attended a bunch of their events, the last one at Sol lingerie store. Their events and classes are always very informational and full of yummy treats. I really like to get the medical point of view from Tracy, she is super knowledgeable and gets the whole picture. Also love to get the nutrition tips and fabulous recipes from Shari, some of my favorite healthy recipes come from their events :) Highly recommended!!
