Dr. Dickerson truly seemed to care about my health, she was thorough and understanding. However, the billing here has ruined my experience and I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They did not once send me an invoice throughout the 6 months I was working with Dr. Dickerson. Then just last week, I received a statement with all of my visits on it, which summed up to quite a bit as you can imagine. When I called to get clarification on why I just received my first statement and what the initial $200 fee was used for, Kayla was not very friendly and accused me of not paying my invoices, when I never received any!! She also said the $200 was a "membership fee" for the first 3 months which she never mentioned this before. I sent a message to the doctor, Kayla, and the billing person to express my concerns that this has been an unprofessional approach to billing and that despite this I would still like to work with Dr. Dickerson and Kayla said they would allow me to make payments. Then I received a message from Neill Dickerson that they were waiving my second 3-month membership fee, which they never billed me for it or even clarified that it was due every 3 months. Keep in mind this is 6 months in!! Neill explained that since they are waiving the fee, Dr. Dickerson will not be able to continue working with me! I am very frustrated and disappointed with this facility, their staff and the doctor. I worked very hard and spent a lot of money to follow the protocol that Dr. Dickerson had me on, only to still have gut issues unresolved and huge bill for it. And throughout this whole debacle Dr. Crystal Dickerson never spoke up to ease my concerns or even to wish me well when I was dumped as her patient.

The staff organization of this office will be the Achilles heel of this practice. I had three failed attempts that included miscommunications from the office, last minute cancelations, and cancelations that weren’t proactively communicated at all. Save your time and effort and look elsewhere. My first appointment I received an email confirming it was to be by phone, however the health coach thought it was in person. Before my second appointment I was to have with Dr. Dickerson, I received five pages of paperwork to complete only to learn the morning of my appointment that I had received the wrong paperwork and would need to reschedule so I could complete the new paperwork. Then for the third appointment, I called to confirm if my follow up with the health coach had been moved since we rescheduled my Dr appointment (it hadn’t, shocker) and was told that the Dr had submitted a new schedule and my rescheduled appointment would no longer work. No one had called me so I would have had no idea until I showed up unless I had happened to call.

Amazing care! Lianne, Dr. Dickerson, and Neil (the wellness coach) are all very professional, knowledgeable, and kind hearted. Their love for patient care and patient satisfaction comes across in every interaction you have with them. There is no doubt that you will feel better after leaving here, then when you first came in.
