Zero stars. Mia at the front desk is horrible and not at all customer service oriented. There was an error on the subscription side and despite showing that money had been taken out of my account, they would not give me my subscription. Waited over an hour the first time while Mia disrespectfully tried to figure this out, came back after 4 hours for the same thing-no resolution and won’t give me my subscription. Awful, awful management and customer service. No wonder this place has Groupons-it would not stay in business otherwise. Do not recommend.

I was a patient here a few years ago and recently came back—and I’m so glad I did! I had my consult yesterday (6/17/2025), and I’m putting the date so the amazing staff knows exactly who I’m sending all these stars to 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Everyone was so friendly and attentive, and the office has such a cozy, welcoming vibe. The provider was sweet, thoughtful, and made me feel totally cared for. 10/10 experience—so happy to be back! 💛

Dana is amazing. She is not only a well qualified medical professional (who knows her stuff!) but a kind and personable human being as well.
