Denver Back Pain Specialists

Their administration is chaos and their systems are out of date. I'm a returning patient, yet they had me print and fill out 10 pages of new patient paperwork. There's no option to fill it out online. When I arrived for my appointment they just said oh we made a mistake, you didn't need to fill that out. Then they asked me for a credit card. I'm not a new patient, they should have one on file for me. I didn't bring a CC with me, but I could pay with my phone using tap to pay. They can't do tap to pay. I showed them a picture of the front and back of my HRA card, but their system wouldn't take it. They then told me it's office policy that a patient has a CC on file before seeing a Dr, and that they would have to reschedule me. I declined and won't be coming back. It's their policy, not a law. They should bend it in a situation like this. I've always paid my bills. I even told them I would be back in the area in a couple hours and would bring the card by, but they said no. They don't care about patients, they care about money. They make you pay for your appointment before you even have your appointment! Like others have mentioned, the parking here is terrible, the location is confusing, and the building is a labyrinth if you don't go in the main entrance (which is not near the parking garage).

I experienced a nefarious encounter. I was told I qualified for a human trial study. Told I am the perfect candidate. I had to send my MRI images and report. I purchased a flight round trip. Paid for Uber. They discussed the process and procedure. Last minute the Doctor Bainbridge walked in and told me I'm not qualified because of my questionnaire. Couldn't explain what was wrong with it. What about my images and medical history? I couldn't have a Virtual consultation then? I wasted my time and money to fly in from out of state and back the same day for that. I want my money back.

I have been going to Denver back pain specialist for many years. The customer service has always been excellent. The office manager Jeanette really cares about people. Thank you Jeanette. I see Susie Estes. I cannot tell you how much I enjoy seeing her. Not only is she very knowledgeable but very kind understanding and patient. I truly feel like she is a friend Period she's down to earth and really cares Period I highly recommend Denver back pain specialist For any pain needs or back issues or anything That you might need. I am sure you will be highly satisfied like I have been. Perry at the front desk has always been so wonderful when it comes to setting up appointments and listening to my needs over the phone. He has been promoted to nurses assistant. I can't tell you how happy I am for him to do this I think this is a perfect position for him. Good job Perry
