Ally is truly AMAZING at what she does! I have been struggling with SI Joint pain throughout my pregnancy - with her non-invasive fascia release techniques, she was able to help calm it down to nothing. I feel so much better with her help. She’s also helped me throughout my pregnancy ensuring my hips are open to ensure baby can engage in the pelvis to help with childbirth - 10/10. Ally offers a core & restore class every Tuesday for free, which you can bring your child to, and that was great to meet other moms, learn more about the deep core and my kiddo was entertained the entire time. I can’t recommend her enough!

Ally is incredibly intuitive, gentle, and unlike any pelvic floor PT I’ve worked with. Her approach is deeply restorative—she incorporated visceral (organ) work along with pelvic floor therapy, and the entire session felt nurturing and easeful. I’ve struggled with chronic low back pain on my right side for years, and after just one session with Ally, the pain was gone. On top of that, she taught me how to truly relax my pelvic floor—something no one had ever shown me before—and it’s been absolutely life-changing. I’m so grateful for her skill, care, and presence.
