Since my very first experience of setting my first appointment, to now months later following their advice, I have been well cared for by Apex Hormone Health, specifically Jennifer Lucero. I waited way too long to begin hormone replacement due to the negative press from unknowing medical institutions that didn't understand the nuances and safety of the treatments. Finding out that hormones were not only safe to use, but having many other benefits to women and men's health in general. I'm so glad and optimistic for the future after listening to a good friend lead the way for me to start my journey. Then finding Apex. Jennifer is highly knowledgeable, thorough, careful and kind, I can't say enough to anyone who has thought about their hormone health and has waited far too long to address it. What a blessing that I am well on my way, I'm feeling better everyday and for the foreseeable future.

Jennifer at Apex hormone health is amazing! As a pelvic floor physical therapist, I refer so many of my patients to see her. She is a wealth of knowledge and takes it upon herself to continue educating herself on best practices. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jennifer at Apex Hormone Health. She has been an absolute game-changer in helping me manage my menopause symptoms and stubborn weight gain. Jennifer is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough—she truly takes the time to listen and understand what you’re going through. She walked me step-by-step through a gut and liver detox and helped me start an elimination diet tailored to my needs. Her follow-up and support have been outstanding.
