Obviously, I’m a little biased because I work here, but I’ve experienced the results firsthand so I thought I would share. Over the past year and a half, my journey here has been incredible. With the help of Brian and the amazing team at Rewind, I’ve lost 20 lbs, gained muscle, and, most importantly, transformed my overall health—both physically and mentally. My energy levels have improved, my confidence has went up, and my quality of life is better than ever. One of the most motivating aspects of my journey has been using the InBody scale at the clinic. It allowed me to track my progress in real time, which kept me accountable and driven to keep pushing forward.
