I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with the institute and Dr. R** in particular. My last few medical experiences have been incredibly negative, from incompetent and rude nurses to doctors with no bedside etiquette. It's nice to finally deal with medical professionals who care. In particular, it's incredibly encouraging to see a clinic run with such kind, professional and caring staff. Edit: Months later, I retract my initial praise. Dr. R**’s apathy was incredibly negligent and did me a massive disservice.

I am a member of the concierge service at Sahavida Institute, and I must say, the experiences have been exceptional. I have to say, every time I enter the facility, I am always greeted with warmth and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. The staff at Sahavida Institute exhibit a remarkable level of expertise and compassion. I was positive for Covid a month ago and they provided treatment to ease the effects and aid in my recovery. After I was negative, they continued to provide support to combat the effects I was having. Unfortunately I was started feeling chest pain and had bad coughing and developed pneumonia. They took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan, ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable with the process of treatment and the plan for after. The facilities at Sahavida Institute were modern, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comforting environment conducive to healing. The attention to hygiene and cleanliness throughout the premises was evident, which further added to my confidence in the quality of care I was receiving. The personalized approach to my treatment plan was commendable. I spoke with multiple medical professional Dr. Rao, Dr. Diaz and Dr. Benner and they worked as a team to tailor their care to my specific needs, have since regularly monitoring my progress and adjusting the treatment as necessary. It is greatly appreciated especially in a time of discomfort and sickness. What truly stood out during my time at Sahavida Institute was honestly the genuine concern and empathy shown by the entire staff. They not only treated my ailment but also provided emotional support, creating a nurturing atmosphere that made a significant difference in my healing process.
