Dr. Oberle was amazing from start to finish. He always had a smile on his face, and both he and his team were incredibly responsive, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. I truly don’t know how else to put it… he literally saved my father’s life. My dad was diagnosed with kidney cancer in May of 2025, and Dr. Oberle’s care made all the difference. If you’re looking for an exceptional doctor with outstanding bedside manner, Dr. Oberle and his team are it. He genuinely cares, and that shows in every interaction. I also want to recognize Michelle Anderson, his scheduler. She was so sweet, easy to work with, and consistently joyful and kind. I can’t say enough good things about this entire team. They were professional, compassionate, and even funny at times, which made such a difficult experience much easier to get through.

While I really liked my physician, the office staff is miserable. I had requested something be done a week ago and of course it wasn’t done and I never heard back from them despite leaving messages. Don’t waste your time. Find another practice that is more customer service oriented.

I had a very frustrating experience with Georgia Urology related to billing transparency. I received a payment request with no explanation of what the charge was for. After calling twice and speaking with a supervisor, I was told the charge was for the physician portion of my HoLEP surgery, separate from the hospital billing. That part is understandable. What is not acceptable is that I was repeatedly told they do not have a way to send a copy of the bill or any written documentation showing the charge, date of service, or amount owed. The response from both billing staff and a supervisor was essentially, “this is just how we do it.” I was told my only options were to pay without documentation or pay on the day of surgery, again without receiving a bill. I made it clear I am willing to pay legitimate charges, but I will not submit payment without written proof of what I owe. In 2026, a medical practice being unable or unwilling to provide a basic billing statement is unreasonable and unacceptable. This experience has significantly eroded my trust and confidence in their administrative practices.
