I had such high hopes when I started my troches in May 2025. However, after a couple of weeks of taking them I experienced edema and painful, swollen breasts. Upon calling the office the RN advised me to decrease my dose. There was no relief with the dosage decrease so after consultation with prescribing RN, I chose to discontinue the troches. My treatment agreement/contract that Alex Blome RN and I signed stated that I would receive a refund for the unused portion of my contract. I could expect my refund in a couple of months according to Alex. In September my refund hadn’t come through so I placed 4 calls to Alex. She returned my call after a week and said she would check with corporate. By November I had not received any updates regarding the status of my refund. Three calls were made and voicemail left with no response. I called again in December and a Shane Dodgen answered the phone and identified himself as the owner. After a conversation regarding the issue of my refund he reassured me that he would see to it that my refund would be processed with in 10 business days. He gave me his phone number and asked me to call him if I had any questions or if my refund did not come. As of today I have not received my refund. I have called his number 5 times from December to now. Phone goes straight to voicemail and there has been no response. I have sent a message to the corporate website, no response. I have called the “corporate office” asking for a call. No response. I have emailed a letter to corporate office. No response. Before signing any treatment agreement / contract be aware that this company has not respected their agreement with me. Chances are this is their modus operandi. It has now been 10 business days since the reply of the owner which expressed their regret for the lengthy delay and lack of communication regarding my refund. The owner (who did not provide their name or contact information) stated that my account would be escalated to their billing and compliance teams and that my refund would be processed immediately and they would provide me a status update. The owner also stated that I would receive confirmation or the refund within seven business days. As of today, Feb 16, 2026 I have not received any communication from the company via phone, text, email or mail. I have checked my junk mail, spam, credit card for refund. Nothing! I address this to the owner, provide your name and contact information and when I call please answer. For future and current customers be aware of these business practices. 2/17/26. I visited the clinic today to personally deliver a letter regarding my account and was able to speak with Alex who informed me that the owner, Shane was present. I was invited into the office where we discussed my account and a check for my refund was received to my satisfaction.

I’ve only been with Restorative health for a month but it’s been a wonderful experience. Alex and Jennifer have been very thorough and so kind. I was impressed they had both been with the company for many years! I felt heard and reassured as my condition isn’t typical. I also love that they take labs regularly but also listen to how I feel to factor in changes. I had shopped around and they were quite affordable compared to others offering the same thing. Really thrilled to have found them .

The initial process is fairly efficient and I did appreciate the care and advice. Since then the shipments have been late and I have had to call almost every month to remind them to ship. Most recently they were surprised by the fact I needed blood work to continue. Disorganized it seems. Currently I have sent two emails requesting a response and have received none. It’s just plain rude for a business to ignore communication and not bother to reach out.
