After going here for almost 2 years, it started out great the first year when I was cash pay, however I feel as though last year was not the same experience. A few months into the year, i was moved to another provider without any reason after switching to insurance. I had been told they were no longer accepting insurance but then told they were. It was confusing. I also had the hardest time with communication and often times felt put off. I felt this shift happen after I wanted to start using insurance. One time I had my blood taken, and it was the most horrible experience, it bruised me so bad and I had a lump on my arm for weeks after. The nurse who did that was also at the front desk and greeted people to take vitals/blood, was so unfriendly and I always felt like I was annoying her. Im sad because i truly looked forward to figuring out my health issues, which i am still dealing with and it’s very disappointing to put your trust into someone and let them know you might have to look for another place to go because of the communication issues when your health is on the line, and their response is “i understand , it was nice getting to know you”

I went here on a recommendation. Jessica makes you feel like you are her only patient. She will go through your bloodwork in detail with you and come up with a game plan to get you to feel better. They don't prescribe a bunch of prescriptions to help either. Which is great. It's a natural approach to medicine and it's just what I wanted!

Jessica does a great job of listening and addressing the concerns of her patients and communicating recommendations clearly. She is also very knowledgable and I appreciate her ability to understand and bridge the gap between conventional medicine and holistic healthcare!
