Today was my first visit to Prevent & Sustain. I saw Genna today. I have seen her at a previous location. You do not feel rushed when here like you may feel at other offices. You feel like you are truly being cared for when here. We reviewed all my labs and came up with a treatment plan for the issues I am dealing with. I will continue to use this location for my health needs. Hopefully they will be able to start taking insurance in the near future.

I had such a great experience with Chastity Conley and truly felt cared for from start to finish. She took the time to really listen to everything I had going on, not just my current symptoms, but also my full medical and family history. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which can be so rare these days. She asked thoughtful questions, explained things clearly, and made sure I understood every step of the process. She genuinely wanted to get to the root of the issue rather than just treat surface-level symptoms. Overall, just an awesome all-around experience . I left feeling heard, supported, and confident in my care. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
