I have been working with Vitality Wellness Group since August 2015. The staff is fantastic and I have gained so much muscle, while losing most of my fat! They are all very knowledgeable and they have answered all of my questions! I love my healthy lifestyle!!

Have been working with Vitality wellness group since april of 2017 using HRT, their guidance with supplements, and weight training I've increased 13.5# lean muscle mass and lost 34.9# fat! Experience has been phenomenal, feel great. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. Highly recommended.
