I drove all the way to Marrero to be told I didn’t qualify because I was too old. When the telephone people initially called me I told them my age and they set up the appointment anyway. I wasn’t there 10 mins when I was told I didn’t qualify because of my AGE. THE INTERVIEWING LADY IN marrero was thorough and very nice but I was so turned off by that point nothing mattered. They must think I am o. My way out already! Thanks for nothing!!!

I was very disappointed with the process used to try and get a ultrasound reading of my liver to determine if I had a fatty liver. I was instructed to lie on my back and shift my head and my feet as far as I could to the left while placing my right hand under my head. I maintained this very uncomfortable position for over a half hour while they attempted to get the scan. My severely arthritic back was killing me. 3 different people tried to complete the scan using various probes. They then tried to convince me to draw blood which I am very hesitant to do. I told them no thanks. Again, I was disappointed in the methods, not the staff, as they were courteous and professional.

I went there yesterday. I really don't mind going because the girls are so nice and professional. But that was the first time I went and didn't receive any kind of payment. I was there for two hours and didn't qualify for the study. I just feel like if I'm giving y'all two hours of my day I should get paid like all the other times I went. Other then that, I was treated kind, and the girls were very nice and professional.
