I had an amazing experience with Alfred Tetteh at Vybrant Health and Wellness and honestly can’t recommend him enough. From the start, he was incredibly thorough, caring, and easy to talk to. What really stood out to me was how detailed he was with my labs. This was by far the most in depth testing I have ever had done, and Alfred took the time to explain everything clearly, what each result meant, why it mattered, and how it all tied into my overall health. I never felt rushed, and he made sure all my questions were answered. It was refreshing to work with someone who truly wants you to understand your own health. Alfred is extremely knowledgeable and clearly an expert in weight loss and hormone replacement therapy. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes a personalized approach instead of a one size fits all plan. I felt confident and supported every step of the way. The facility itself was also great. It was very clean, organized, and professional, which made the whole experience even better. While recently looking for a local TRT provider, I had the good fortune of finding Alfred Tetteh with Vybrant Health and Wellness in Eldersburg. I've been under the care of another practitioner for TRT in Columbia and was very satisfied with them, but the distance was a big inconvenience. I was so impressed with Alfred after meeting with him. His evaluation was so encompassing, unlike anything I've ever had before. He's very warm, unassuming and exceedingly knowledgeable. He literally spent 2.5 hours explaining all of my lab results down to the very last detail. I feel like I am in very competent hands and look forward to working with Alfred long term. I highly recommend meeting with him if you've ever considered TRT.

Alfred is very genuine, patient, and kind. He is very thorough and determined to seek root causes of whatever health issues are occurring. If you are tired of being rushed out of the office after 5 minutes; look no further. I received the most thorough, detailed evaluation I’ve ever encountered after doing bloodwork. He always reaches out to check how you are doing, and if there is progress healing.
