IV Therapy clinics in Michigan
Vitamin IV therapy and other infusion options in Michigan cluster around its largest population centers. Metro Detroit carries the bulk of the state's capacity, and Grand Rapids and the wider West Michigan corridor form a second concentration, with Ann Arbor and Lansing adding further options. Traverse City and a few other northern communities offer scattered availability, but residents of the Upper Peninsula, the Thumb region and rural mid-Michigan typically have to travel toward a larger metro for anything beyond the most basic service.
Michigan has no treatment-specific statute for wellness IV infusions, so the rules that apply are the general ones already governing medicine and nursing practice. A licensed prescriber, typically a physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner, should be responsible for ordering the infusion after an individual assessment, and a licensed nurse should administer it. Settings vary, including a physician's office, a dedicated infusion suite or a wellness or med spa where the surroundings alone tell you little about clinical oversight. Ask who evaluates you and who administers the infusion.
To verify a provider in Michigan, check license status for physicians and physician assistants through the Michigan Board of Medicine, and for nurses through the Michigan Board of Nursing, both searchable through the state's LARA licensing lookup. A clean record confirms the credential is current and shows any public disciplinary history; it does not confirm that a particular infusion is appropriate for you or that pricing is fair.
Before booking anywhere in the state, ask about the prescriber's credentials and who supervises the visit, what is in the bag and where it was prepared, how risks are disclosed in writing, what happens if it does not help, and for a written quote that itemizes assessment, infusion and any add-ons separately.
How this listing is ordered matters too. Organic order here is not for sale, Featured slots are labeled and limited in number, Verified means a clinic completed credential checks rather than paid for visibility, and Regenerated.com remains free for patients. Being listed is not an endorsement. Read How to read a Regenerated city hub and Featured vs Verified vs organic for more on how this directory works.

Regulatory context
A note on Michigan's iv therapy rules.
FDA regulates the compounded ingredients used in IV therapy and the facilities that prepare them. Patient-specific compounded IVs fall under FDCA Section 503A, while bulk preparations for office use fall under Section 503B (outsourcing facilities). USP Chapter 797 governs sterile compounding standards. FDA has issued warnings about injectable glutathione marketed for skin lightening (2017) and has not approved NAD IV for any specific indication. Vitamin and mineral IV mixtures such as the Myers cocktail are compounded preparations and are not FDA-approved drug products.

Michigan Public Health Code (MCL 333.17201)
Defines RN scope including IV insertion and administration under a valid order from a physician or APRN. -
Michigan Board of Medicine delegation rules (MCL 333.16215)
Governs physician delegation of IV therapy through standing orders and medical director arrangements.
The Michigan medical and nursing boards have addressed unlicensed practice in medical spa and IV lounge settings. Common enforcement themes include IV therapy administered without a valid physician order, stale or missing standing orders, absence of a designated medical director, and unlicensed personnel performing venipuncture. Boards have reiterated that a prescribing physician or APRN must establish a bona fide patient relationship before any IV protocol is initiated, and that standing orders must be specific, dated, and periodically reviewed.
