All the staff here are wonderful. Dr Russo and her team are knowledgeable, personable and care about their patients. The services and treatments are well worth it and I highly recommend their Huntersville location.

There aren't enough words to describe how different my life is after coming to Dr. Russo 3 years ago! I had suffered through 10 years of menopause before learning that it wasn't necessary to live like I was.....fast forward and I feel better than I did in my 30's! She TRULY cares, spends time talking & asking questions at appointments and is always on the cutting edge of any new alternatives available. Her nurse, Amanda, is the best also....she is a highlight and SO personable! Do yourself a favor and just make the appointment, you'll be so glad you did!!

I’ve been going to Carolina HealthSpan for about a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire team is fantastic. Amanda, my nurse, is incredible—attentive, always available, and so caring. Her bedside manner is unmatched, and I genuinely feel like a friendship is forming. Rhonda, the nurse supervisor, is outstanding as well. Every time I call, she provides excellent consultations over the phone, offering guidance and support that make such a difference. Amber, who handles the front office, is equally amazing—always so helpful and accommodating whenever I need to adjust an appointment. Thanks to their exceptional care and support, I’ve made significant progress with my health and feel better than ever. Dr Russo and her team truly stands out for their professionalism, kindness, and effectiveness. I highly recommend them!
