All the staff here are wonderful. Dr Russo and her team are knowledgeable, personable and care about their patients. The services and treatments are well worth it and I highly recommend their Huntersville location.

There aren't enough words to describe how different my life is after coming to Dr. Russo 3 years ago! I had suffered through 10 years of menopause before learning that it wasn't necessary to live like I was.....fast forward and I feel better than I did in my 30's! She TRULY cares, spends time talking & asking questions at appointments and is always on the cutting edge of any new alternatives available. Her nurse, Amanda, is the best also....she is a highlight and SO personable! Do yourself a favor and just make the appointment, you'll be so glad you did!!

I’ve been going to Carolina HealthSpan for about a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire team is fantastic. Amanda, my nurse, is incredible—attentive, always available, and so caring. Her bedside manner is unmatched, and I genuinely feel like a friendship is forming. Rhonda, the nurse supervisor, is outstanding as well. Every time I call, she provides excellent consultations over the phone, offering guidance and support that make such a difference. Amber, who handles the front office, is equally amazing—always so helpful and accommodating whenever I need to adjust an appointment. Thanks to their exceptional care and support, I’ve made significant progress with my health and feel better than ever.
