An absolutely excellent experience. From the front desk to the final appointment, all the staff are extremely attentive, kind, and professional, without exception. You can truly feel the care and respect they have for every patient. Dr. Clayton is wonderful. Very polite, knowledgeable, and patient, he explains everything clearly, answers all questions, and makes you feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the visit. The environment is clean, well organized, and calm, which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend this place.

First time coming in for hormones and I’m so glad I did! I met Erika at LVAC and she was amazing. She got me in right away and made everything so easy. The staff is incredible and explains everything step by step, which made me feel so comfortable. Thank you, Erika and team! Loving my pellets already!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Had a CONFIRMED 4pm appt. on 2/12 and because I did not renew they would not honor my last treatment, even though I was there waiting. Clayton didn't have the backbone to speak to me directly and sent a subordinate instead. Place is a hoax and will be surprised if it stays in business. In reference to the owner's response - I never had any services at VidaVital - my last service was in Sept 2025.
