Dr. Gulati is truly a great doctor, caring and compassionate. I have been seeing her for more than 10 years now for when I am sick, hormone treatments, vitamin deficiencies, etc. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a top notch doctor/specialist!

This is the first Yelp review or online review I have ever written. Do not go to this doctor nor to this center for care. The staff at the office is extremely friendly and caring and knowledgeable, so this is a classic case of poor management. I am writing this about my mother's care but not on her behalf. I had accompanied my her to visits at this office several times, for Dr. Gulati and for Dr. Kakai, who I review below the review for Gulati. The reviews are based on what I witnessed during these visits, what i observed about my mother, and what I learned from her directly. My mother, who suffers from Lupus and Hashimoto's disease has been treated by Doctor Gulati for the past year, and also by another doctor in the clinic, Dr. Gulati showed serious negligence in the care of her patient. Here are some of the ways: She does not answer calls from her patient nor from her patient's dermatologist at Mt. Sinai many many times, which was about her patient's continuous hair loss, which was caused by Dr. Gulati's medical plan. Multiple times, under G's care, lab results and prescriptions were completely incorrect, whether it was because of her staff or the particular pharmacy with whom she partners. If you call her and she calls you back, she will only speak to you via phone to tell you to schedule another appointment, which is another $~300 During the course of her care with G, my mother suffered scenarios where she had no energy, lost her hair, and cried from anguish. She feels that she has wasted her money, health, and grief on these people. Dr. Kakai, who managed a surgical procedure in the clinic in which patient was not given anesthetics, and was screaming in pain, to the point that the staff had to yell at the surgeon to stop what he was doing. On top of this, Dr. Kakai's surgeon also botched closing up my mother, and she now has a deformed stomach area. When my mother wanted to see a different doctor, she had asked this office to send an explanation of the type of procedure (stem cell-related) that Dr. Kakai's office did for her, they sent something completely generic, from which the new doctor did not even know what exactly what was done. Yet another form of negligence.
