If I could give no stars I would! As a disabled veteran, I absolutely recommend NOT going here for ANYTHING! They talked so horrible about the VA, so PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME (Grant it, I have my own complaints about the VA., but that's not for two staff members to sit in their patients room and bad mouth their clients for 15 min, in front of the patient!) I can talk about my siblings, but I won't allow others to bad moth them in my presence, ya know what I mean?.. I had to leave work early, twice, just to be told at BOTH appoints that they had no idea why I was there! The second time I had to see a different doctor, because the doctor that I was supposed to see called in that day. She was verry confused why I was even there for a follow up appointment when I had not even done the images yet.. The imaging was scheduled for tomorrow (Now Today) 1/29/2026, and this second office visit I am speaking about took place last week, Thursday. She asked me why I scheduled this appointment, and I told her that I didn't!!! I said "You guys made all these appointment for me, and I am so confused as to why I'm even here today. The people on the phone told me it was to discuss the knee injection appointment in two weeks, on Monday 2/2/2026. I asked if it was also to discuss the current MRI I had gotten the week prior to this appointment, VIA the VA, at the VA. He told me he knew nothing about that and just repeated what he had told me already." She told me that since they outsource their call center to the Philippines, they have no communication with their office to be able to convey any information to their clients! I missed out on 6 hours of work for this mess. I wish I could send them a bill to get that money back, plus mileage! That's not everything, but I have to get to bed, so goodnight and I hope this helps so many others in the future!

I first started going there when Dr Yarbrough practiced, I am now with Dr Ruby, so like 10 years ago, I have been grateful, up until recently, I can never get ahold of them, I was a no show several times when I really called in and rescheduled or this last time I could not get ahold of them in time, I did reach them but it was already late, and then to reschedule they was suppose to call me back but no one called and I have tried for days to contact them, and I will be in serious condition Wed. I will run out of meds tomorrow, so I need to get in tbete, The last three months I have not been able to reach them in a timely manner. But as far as the office staff, they are great

Dr. Cara Guariglia – SEVA Pain Management To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent visit with Dr. Cara Guariglia at SEVA Pain Management. Before my appointment, I clearly explained to the intake person over the phone that I did not want injections, as I cannot afford them with my insurance. I was told this would not be a problem and scheduled an appointment. However, when I arrived for my visit with Dr. Guariglia, she informed me that SEVA Pain Management only provides oral medications in conjunction with injections. I again explained that I could not afford injections and that I had made this clear before coming in. Dr. Guariglia then told me that there was nothing else they could do for me. I asked if I could receive a refund of my $50 co-pay, since I was not provided any treatment or alternative care options, but I was told no. I feel this was unfair and misleading, as I was upfront about my situation before scheduling. I wasted my time, money, and effort attending an appointment that should never have been booked under these circumstances. I am requesting that my $50 co-pay be refunded and that this issue be addressed so other patients in similar situations are not misled or denied reasonable communication before being charged.
