Wright Wellness Center has been a blessing - I have been able to become consistent in my workouts as there are so many options and treatments for me and my health. If I am feeling run down, I can do red light therapy, if I want to focus on strength training or cardio - they have everything I need without pressure and without long waits for a specific machine. April, the owner, is encouraging and very knowledgeable! Infrared saunas, light therapy, cardio machines, free weights and vibration plates - there is something for everyone and at every level of your individual health journey. I can’t recommend this gym and health center enough! Their wholistic approach is exactly what is needed for your health and wellness! It has been truly life changing for me.

Great experience here. The space was clean and professional with access to the gym through a side door. April was professional and helpful. I received the soft-wave therapy for my back. This was my first time with this type of therapy and i feel better today. Will be coming back for follow up sessions.
