This clinic is EXTREMELY shady when it comes to billing. I sought ozone treatments for some knee and hip issues beginning in June 2024. Over the phone I was told what the cost would be for injections in one area, and that a second area of injections would only be marginally more in cost. I thought this sounded great and received treatments in 2 areas for about 6-7 weeks or so. I always paid cash because this wasn't something my insurance covered. It wasn't until September that I started receiving bills in the mail from them and I also unexpectedly received an EOB from my health insurance. I was confused so I called the clinic and the rude receptionist told me to call the billing department. I called the billing department and all they could tell me was that it was for the "office visit charge." I was very irritated about this because not one single time in the weeks that I had my appointments did anyone mention a seperate bill for the office visit or that they would be billing my insurance for anything. The billing department said I would need to take it up with the clinic and that they would have them call me. I NEVER received a phone call back to remedy the situation. I have called several times and never get a phone call back. This is absolutely unacceptable business practice. I'd stay away from these shady people.
