Dr. Tara Nayak is an AMAZING physician. Here's what you need to know.... She listens and is accessible along with the plan she gives you. None of it feels hard or like it's not doable. There's free parking at her office or you can see her from the comfort of your own home. Last but not least, she cares. If you've ever experience physician with horrible bedside manner, you know how important someone actually caring is. Hope this helps

I have been working with Dr nayak for almost 5 years? I lost track, when I moved to Philadelphia from California I think my body was struggling with the transition, on top of some other underlying imbalances that had been lingering for a long time. I went to see Dr Nayak and shared how I was exhausted, depressed and was having some digestive distress. she was extremely compassionate, easy to talk to, and created an extremely effective plan that felt do-able for me, someone who chronically does not follow through. each time we meet we check in on my health and Dr Nayak re-asses my protocol, usually exactly what I need. I feel very taken care of in body, mind and spirit, and am eternally grateful for her care and expertise, I recommend to anyone I know struggling with their health.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Nayak. Despite spending a significant amount of money on the initial visit and follow-ups, none of the medications or supplements provided had any effect. When we asked for alternatives, she assured us she would follow up but never did. There were also issues with appointments cancelled at the last minute and mismanaged scheduling, which made the entire process even more frustrating. The whole experience felt like a scam, and we ended up wasting a lot of money. I would not recommend her services.
