Ashley at Solcara Health has really helped me get my health under control. Working to gain muscle, loose fat and stay healthy in my late forties. Getting my labs and bloodwork done, and really understanding what I need. Not pushing pharmaceuticals like the doctors and hospitals do, but really focusing on my body, my needs. It has been great. I have energy, I’ve lost 15 total lbs of weight.. but better yet. 23lbs of fat, put on 6 lbs of muscle. I can’t say enough good things
