I had a fantastic experience at Solcara Health From the moment I walked in, the reception staff greeted me warmly, making me feel right at home. Ashley Harwyn was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns, answering all my questions with care and patience. The office was spotless, and I appreciated the comfortable waiting area. I was seen promptly, which is always a plus! The follow-up calls to check on my progress is so appreciated. Ashley at Solcara Health has really helped me get my health under control. Working to gain muscle, loose fat and stay healthy in my late forties. Getting my labs and bloodwork done, and really understanding what I need. Not pushing pharmaceuticals like the doctors and hospitals do, but really focusing on my body, my needs. It has been great. I have energy, I’ve lost 15 total lbs of weight.. but better yet. 23lbs of fat, put on 6 lbs of muscle. I can’t say enough good things
