Carolina Orthopedic & Neurosurgical Associates, in Anderson, SC, offers Laser Therapy (LLLT) alongside orthopaedic and neurosurgical care for spine, skeletal, and nervous-system conditions. The clinic's synergistic approach integrates laser treatment with conventional orthopaedic and neurosurgical expertise, positioning it as a resource for patients seeking both regenerative options and standard surgical or medical management when indicated. Treatment plans are individualized according to the specific condition and patient presentation.
He was very thorough. We got checked in and to a room quickly. Dr came in soon and we got out quickly but felt like the Dr took his time asking questions and checking things out. Thank you for your professionalism.

Wish all physicians listened answered questions and as reassuring as Dr Baxley. His respect for the patient was evident through the visit. Was knowledgeable as to my condition and prescribed effective treatment . Feel so blessed I was referred to him. Thank you Dr Baxlet.

We drove 3 hours to see Dr. Baxley, and it was absolutely worth it! His bedside manner as a physician was amazing — he truly took the time to explain my condition in detail and made sure I understood everything. Would I drive another 3 hours to see him? YES! His staff was just as wonderful — professional, kind, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Dr. Baxley is a very caring, compassionate doctor who takes time to listen and to explain things thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable in his field but also does not hesitate to get a second opinion.
He is a great doctor!!

Dr. Baxley is the most caring and kindest neurologist I have ever met. At my first appointment he gave me all the time I needed to fully explain my situation and asked questions to make certain he understood. I can’t imagine a better doctor.
