Dr. Genevieve Garcia Hormones & Anti-Aging

I reached out to inquire about their peptides products, potentially to arrange an appointment. However, the person who answered the phone seemed completely unaware of what I was referring to and mentioned she would transfer me to someone’s voicemail, apparently the person responsible for hormones. I told her to not to bother transferring me which she was really rude about. The fact the staff lack basic knowledge about the products they sell doesn’t inspire much confidence. I will look for another provider who is professional and their staff is knowledgeable.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr. Genevieve Garcia and her medical team. The care I’ve received has been amazing, thoughtful, attentive, and reassuring at every visit. In addition, the clinic is clean, organized, and well maintained.

I only switched to this office due to an insurance change. First visit took over 2 hours, and I wasn’t even seen by the doctor. I made an appointment with Dr. Garcia, not her nurse which upsets me as that expectation is set. Well, they set me up for another appt because Dr. Garcia is the only one who can remove IUD’s. (This could’ve been avoided if the doctor was there my first visit- so now, I lost two whole mornings in my job) When I called to ask how much my procedure would be and it took 6 calls for them to give me any information. Every call since Friday they kept telling me they’d call me back, and never did. Will most likely switch providers as clearly this office is not reliable nor efficient with communication which is A HUGE priority that a woman seeks in a OBGYN. Update: went to my appt, they put me in my room at 11, and took a bit over 1 hour for the doctor to show up, but I do have to say, she was AMAZING. She was so sweet and patient along with the nurse practitioner. So my issue is not the dr herself nor the nurses, but the communication between staff, billing and patients.
