I'm doing ketamine infusions now. Dr Badiyan is great and so is Colby. There were no issues with the infusion itself. Where I did find some issues is in the area of comfort. These infusions have to be as calm and peaceful as possible. The ketamine clinics that I researched all used very comfortable recliners and warm blankets. I was laying on a table that was too small for me , so there was some discomfort there , and it affected my experience of the infusion. Knowing how compassionate Dr.Badiyan is and what a great care provider he is, and given that implementing these two changes i'm suggesting would greatly enhance the patient experience in my opinion, i think it is worth considering. This doc is always trying to improve the patient experience. That's one of the things that makes him so good.

Dr. Badiyan has been taking care of me since my injury accrued and I can honestly tell you that I’m happy that he’s in my corner. He has been there (with my wife and I) through every single fight I’ve had with the pains brought along by my injuries. He is a doctor who not only gives me the medication needed, but takes the time to examine me, diagnose, advises me, prescribe the needed medication, and always checks in to see how I’m doing. I really feel that Doc Badiyan and I, not only have a good doctor/ patient relationships, but he makes my wife and I feel as if he is another family member. Thanks Doc, you’ve been the best medicine that I could have been prescribed. As for he’s staff they are also the best around and we love them. Very caring and responsive and have always given our needs the appropriate attention required and sets them to priority required to the medical complaint. Ladies, Sue and I really can’t say enough to express how much we love and appreciate the job you do and want you to know that we are going to miss you and the Doc when we move. - Chuck The only sad bit about us moving is that we’re going to miss the Doc and his team. However know that you folks are invited to come and see us anytime. You’ve got our number, so feel free to call.

My husband has been in and out of the hospital for three months. After surgery, his pain continued and the doctor's referred him to this office. I called the office based on the referral and they stated they would call me back - No call. I had to call them back, and the nurse was kind and worked with me to book the appointment. After everything was confirmed, I received a message about complications with the insurance. I tried calling to speak with the nurse to get everything rectified, but she was in a procedure. So, I was stuck talking to the front office. All to say, one told me that we were out of coverage. I asked about the secondary insurance, and she said we can't bill them because of the primary. I then said that I would pay out of pocket because I didn't wan to see my husband in pain. She told me that they cancelled the appointment. After voicing my concern, she placed her office manager on the phone. This lady was rude and unprofessional. She totally contradicted what the other lady told me. She told me that my husband was not covered. I tried asking her questions, but she continued to cut me off because she didn't appear to want any questions or to hear from me. After cutting me off several times, I asked her not to because that was not aligned to quality customer service. She then told me that I didn't have good manners, told me that the conversation was over, and hung up in my face. Maybe this was a blessing because I wouldn't want to entrust my husband's care to anyone who allows this type of treatment to individuals in chronic pain. Like others, I would score it a 0 if this system allowed me to.
